1.1 Shipping Method
Orders placed via sagers.nl are shipped using reputable courier services such as PostNL, DHL, or DPD, depending on availability and destination.

1.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is finalized. Any applicable shipping fees will be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

1.3 Delivery Timeframe
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• The Netherlands: within 1–5 business days

• Other EU countries: Currently not available for shipping 

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. You can do this by filling out our withdraw form. withdrawl.pdf

2.2 Conditions for Returns
Returned products must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Be returned in original packaging where reasonably possible

• Not show signs of damage, wear, or use

• Must be within return period policy 

2.3 How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info.sagers@gmail.com within the withdrawal period, stating:

• Your order number

• The product(s) you wish to return

You will receive further instructions on how to complete the return. 

2.4 Return Costs
Unless otherwise agreed or legally required, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
